At Quintana Roo, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction with every triathlon bike and apparel purchase. If your gear isn't perfectly suited for your next race, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Shipment

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and bikes are disassembled according to our shipping guidelines.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
